On the third day of the Second Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2014, MPs adopted the Proposal for the Law on Higher Education. In addition, they finished the discussion about the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, on one side, and the Republic of Montenegro, on the other side, that takes into account the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.

Second Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2014 will be continued tomorrow at 11, with the discussion on the Proposal for the Law amending the Law on Enforcement and Security.
