On day nine of the Sitting of the First Extraordinary Session in 2015, MPs adopted the following:

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Administration; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Mandatory Social Security Contributions; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Fees for Access to Certain Services of General Interest and for the Use of Tobacco Products and Electro-Acoustic and Acoustic Devices; Proposal for the Law on Coffee Tax; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Real Estate Tax and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Security Agency.

Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Customs Law was not supported by the required majority. With regard to Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy, MPs will vote subsequently.

The Sitting will be continued tomorrow at 11:00, by discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code of Montenegro.
