On day thirteen of the Sittings of the First Extraordinary Session in 2015, MPs adopted:Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecution Office, Proposal for the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office, Proposal for the Law on Courts, Proposal for the Law on the Judicial Council and the Rights and Duties of Judges, Proposal for the Law on Arms, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Operational and Strategic Cooperation between Montenegro and the European Police Office, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Privileges to Driving Persons with Disabilities, Proposal for the Law on Strike, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Inspection Control. The Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code of Montenegro was not supported by the requested majority.
