On day two of the First Sitting of the First Ordinary Session, within the item elections and appointments, new ministers in the Government of Montenegro have been elected, namely: Mr Zoran Pažin as Minister ofJustice, Mr Budimir Šegrt as Minister of Health, Ms Zorica Kovačević as Minister of Labor and Social Welfare and Mr Predrag Bošković as Minister of Education. Previously, Mr Predrag Bošković was dismissed from the duty of Minister of Labor and Ms Zorica Kovačević from the duty of Member of the Parliament of Montenegro.

Within the First Sitting, MPs adopted the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Montenegro. 

After the aforementioned, within the Second Sitting of the First Ordinary Session, the proposed agenda was adopted.
