At the Fifth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro they unanimously adopted the following two proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Framework Agreement between Montenegro represented by the Government of Montenegro and the European Commission on rules for the implementation of the Union's financial assistance to Montenegro under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPAII), and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Slovakia on Economic Cooperation.

Under the item of the agenda Elections and appointments, MP Mr Dritan Abazović was unanimously elected a member of the Constitutional Committee and a member of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms.
