On the second day of the Eighth Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro, members of the Parliament concluded the discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law, Proposal for the 2016 Budget Law of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on the State Border between Montenegro and the Republic of Kosovo, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on the State Border between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Sectoral Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the European Commission which establishes rules for the management and implementation of the Union's financial assistance to Montenegro under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance for the policy area "Agriculture and Rural Development" (IPARD).
