On day four of the Eighth Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2015, the MPs adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on the 2014 Final Budget Statement of Montenegro; 2014 Financial Statement with the Performance Report of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services; 2014 Financial Statement with the Performance Report of the Energy Regulatory Agency; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax; Proposal for 2016 financial plans together with work plans of independent regulatory bodies; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on State Borders between Montenegro and the Republic of Kosovo; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Treaty on State Borders between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Sectoral Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the European Commission determining rules on governance and implementation of the EU financial assistance in Montenegro within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance in Rural Development (IPARD); Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Local Self-Government Financing; and Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Personal Bankruptcy of Consumers.
