On day two of the Twelfth Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2016, MPs adopted the following: Proposal for a Decision on accepting the Joint-stock Agreement between the State of Montenegro and the A2A S.p.A., Proposal for the Law on ratification of the Protocol Between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of Czech Republic on Cooperation in Field of Energy and Infrastructure and Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Auditing Funds from the European Union.

On day fifteen of the Tenth Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2016, MPs adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures, Proposal for the Law on Administrative Disputes, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Montenegrin Citizenship, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Documents, Proposal for the Law on Accounting, Proposal for the Law on Regional Water Supply of Montenegrin Coast Region, Proposal for the Law on Communal Services, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Inspection Control, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Electronic Media Law, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Broadcasting Services of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office and Proposal for a Resolution.

On day sixteen of the Six Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2016, MPs adopted the Proposal for Law on Court Experts and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax.
