On the sixth and the last day of the third sitting of the first ordinary session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013, Proposals for amendments to the financial plans for 2013 for six independent regulatory bodies were adopted, namely: Energy Regulatory Agency, Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices, Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, Agency for Electronic Media, Securities Commission and Insurance Supervision Agency, Proposal for the Law on Railway, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Environmental impact Assessment, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection and Exercise of the Rights of the Mentally Ill, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territory Organization of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Social and Children Protection, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Payment of Foreign Currency Assets of Citizens Placed with Domestic Bank Dafiment Banka AD Belgrade and Banka Privatne privrede DD Podgorica, Placed via the Company Jugoskandik DD Belgrade.
Within the detailed debate, the Parliament gave consent to the Statute of the Insurance Supervision Agency, and got introduced with the technical performance report of the Inquiry Committee for gathering information and facts on corruption in Telekom Crna Gora privatization process.
Sixth – special sitting of the first ordinary session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013 is scheduled for tomorrow, at 12, with the Prime Minister Hour and parliamentary questions on the Agenda.
