At the first day of the Seventh Sitting of the First Ordinary Session in 2013, MPs adopted theProposal for the Conclusion on building trust in the electoral system as well as Proposal for the Decision on opening parliamentary investigation and establishing the Inquiry Committee for the purpose of gathering information and facts on events relating to the work of state authorities regarding the publishing audio recordings and transcripts from the meetings of authorities and bodies of Democratic Party of Socialists.

The Proposal for the Law on Pronouncing the Presidential Elections, held on 7 April 2013, non-democratic and invalid was not supported by required majority.
