Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Damir Davidović informed Mr Treichl on previous work of the workshops and contribution provided by the project to the development of civic education in Montenegro. Since the beginning of the project implementation until today, 4,149 students of elementary schools from 16 Montenegrin municipalities participated in the workshops. Today’s workshop was attended by students of VI-IX grade of elementary school “Radomir Rakočević” from place Prošćenje near Mojkovac; the workshop was on “Democracy and Parliament”. Chief Executive Officer of ERSTE Group Mr Treichl was interested in development of ”Democracy Workshops” in Montenegro, project that has been implemented by the Parliament of Montenegro with financial support of the ERSTE Foundation and expert and technical support of the NGO Forum Youth and Informal Education.
