Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Siniša Stanković will take part in the meeting of secretaries general of parliaments of the Western Balkan countries, which will be held in Tirana, on 3-4 December 2015, hosted by the Albanian Parliament. The co-organiser of the gathering is the OSCE Presence to Albania.  

The meeting will be concentrated on the topics related to the participation of public in legislative process, and the development of communication strategies will be also discussed.  The programme envisages that the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro will address the participants on day two, within the session devoted to strategic planning and drafting of action plans in parliament.
