At the Forum, secretary generals of the parliaments of Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia will present innovations in work that marked the previous year. In addition, they will exchange experiences on work of parliamentary research centers, implementation of new information and communication technologies, strengthening of administrative capacities and harmonization of national legislation with the EU law.

The forum is organized by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) as part of the Initiative for strengthening parliaments of the Western Balkan countries.
