  • Awarded with certificate “Luča” in elementary and high school and in 1988 he was declared the best student in Montenegro. He is the first out of five winners of Tito’s Fund.

  • He is an engineer of metallurgy.

So far he worked on the following positions:

  • 1994-1998 - teacher of chemistry, mathematics and informatics in high school in Tuzi, and in elementary school in Zatrijepče;

  • 1998-2001 - acted as independent advisor for industry in the Ministry of Economy;

  • 1996-1998 - elected councilor of the LSCG in the Local Assembly of Podgorica (head of LSCG electoral list for Malesija – Tuzi);

  • 2001-2003 - elected Member of the Parliament of Montenegro;

  • 2003-2006 - elected Member of the Assembly of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro;

  • 2007-2010 - acted as secretary executive of DPS Board of Capital City Podgorica;

  • 2010-2012 - elected President of Civic Municipality of Tuzi;

  • January 2012 – October 2012 – elected Member of the Parliament of Montenegro;.

  • 2004- 2010 - appointed president of the Centre for Culture (KIC) “Malesija”, Tuzi;

  • 2009-2010 -. appointed member of Board of Directors of the “Container Terminal and General Cargo” JSC, Bar;

  • In March 2014 - elected Member of the Parliament of Montenegro;

  • Paid several study visits to Washington, New York, Brussels and Madrid;

  • Acts as a delegate of the Football Association of Montenegro ;

  • Former football player of FC “Dečić”;

  • Mother tongue: Albanian;
