Education:

He finished primary and secondary school in Plav. Obtained “Luča” certificate. Enrolled into the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica in 2000, and graduated in 2004, major in Finance, as the student of generation, with the average score 9.73.

In the same year he enrolled post graduate studies and the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, with major in Fiscal and monetary management and managing of social activities. He obtained MA diploma in 2007, with the thesis entitled “Management of the banks capital in modern market economy”.

Enrolled PhD studies at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica in 2008, and he is ccurrently working on the PhD thesis “Coordination of Monetary and fiscal policy in modern market economies”.

Awards:

During the studies he won numerous academic awards, the most significant of which is “The Award for the best student in the generation”, presented by the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica.

He also won numerous scholarships, among which the following stand out: the Scholarship of the Faculty of Economics (several times), prestigious scholarship “10 for 10” awarded to the best students by the Atlasmont Bank, and the “Scholarship for talented students” of the Ministry for Education and Science (several times).

Work experience:

2009 – Member of the Parliament of Montenegro

2008 – 2009 – Secretary in the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro

2007 – Teaching assistant at the Management studies in Podgorica, for subjects “Fiscal Economy” and “Banking”

2005 – Teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, for subjects: “Monetary Economy”, “Fiscal Economy”, “Banking Management” and “Comparative Tax Law”

Other activities:

An author of several professional papers from micro economy and finance, and actively participated at the series of conferences and seminars.
