Mr Filip Vuković, PhD was born on 23 October 1956, in Kraljevo, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Geology in Belgrade, where he also obtained MA and PhD degree. He is the Head of Municipal Committee of DPS Pljevlja and a member of the Main Board of the Democratic Party of Socialist of Montenegro.
