He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica. Director of the Electric Power Distribution Berane. He is a councilor in the Local Assembly of Berane, member of the Executive Committee and Municipal Board of DPS Berane. He is also a member of the Main Board of the Democratic Party of Socialist of Montenegro.
