The conference will be focused on current and important issues in national policies and parliaments of small European states, the recovery from the economic and debt crisis in small countries as well as the contribution of these countries to developing democratic governance.

At the end of the Conference, Final Declarationwill be adopted, and the Conference will be chaired by Viçenc Mateu Zamora, President of the General Council of the Principality of Andorra (Consell General).
