Delegation, consisting of the following: Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Suljo Mustafić, MPs Mr Zoran Vukčević, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Obrad Gojković, Ms Zdenka  Popović, Ms Draginja Vuksanović,  Mr Fatmir Gjeka, as well as the Mayor of Ulcinj Mr Nazif Cungu and the president of Municipality Assembly of Herceg Novi Ms Danijela Đurović, visited the political and military NATO headquarters in Brussels and the city of Mons.

During their stay organised by the American Embassy in Podgorica, the Delegation was informed on the functioning of the NATO Alliance and political, military as well as economic dimension of this alliance, its member states and partner countries.

In the political headquarters of NATO, MPs conversed with Mr Joseph Manso, Deputy Permanent Representative at US Mission to NATO, as well as other officials of the Alliance.

In the military headquarters SHAPE, in the city of Mons, MPs were informed on the military aspect of functioning of NATO Alliance and its partners. The host of this meeting was the Admiral Ion Dumitraşcu.

Delegation also visited the permanent mission of Montenegro to NATO in the political headquarters in Brussels, as well as permanent representation of Montenegro in Mons.
