Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Branko Radulović, Professor PhD, visited the company “Impol-Seval” in Sevojno

Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Branko Radulović, Professor, PhD, visited today the company “Impol-Seval” in Sevojno, Republic of Serbia, where he spoke with Company Director General Mr Ninko Tešić, Executive Director for Economic Affairs Ms Sanja Bosiljčić and Executive Director for Technical Affairs Mr Budimir Bulatović.

 

 

“Impol-Seval” is one of the most successful companies dealing with processing of aluminium both in the region and in Europe, and according to all parameters, it is the most successful in the privatisation process conducted in Serbia, with ownership structure of the company “Impol” from Slovenia of 70%, Republic of Serbia 15% and employees and former employees 15%. Due to achieved business, developmental and financial results, Director General Mr Ninko Tešić was proclaimed as the most successful manager in the middle and east Europe.

During the meeting, it was concluded that aluminium industry had exceptional perspective both in the region and in the world, and that business and technical cooperation between producers and processors of aluminium in the region was necessary and that KAP as basic producer of aluminium had great perspective. Certainly, KAP needs modernisation and reconstruction and completed technological procedure so to become competitive together with the production structure aimed to support development and processing of aluminium in the region.

In addition, it was concluded that “Impol-Seval” would provide professional and technical support to development of the KAP, and that business cooperation is natural so in the past it was very significant. “Impol-Seval” was one of the main buyers of semi-finished products from KAP. Unfortunately, today it is not the case today.

Management of the ”Impol-Seval” supported ideas of certain forms of mutual cooperation, as well as ideas of exchange of views and first meeting of main and leading producers and processors of aluminium in the region which would be held in Montenegro.
