 - Professor of South Slavic and Comparative Literature, graduated in 1997 from the University in Novi Sad, Serbia.

 - He completed a one-year specialisation in journalism (electronic and print media), at the Regional School of Media Plan, under the auspices of the French Government, Sarajevo, B&H, 2000

-   Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro in the 25th Convocation, since 7 December 2012
