The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Ranko Krivokapić, sent the letter of invitation to the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Mr. Jean-Claude Mignon, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE, Mr. Riccardo Migliori and Director of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights within OSCE, Mr. Janez Lenarčič, to send their observation missions to Montenegro on the occasion of presidential elections scheduled for 7th April, 2013.

Mr. Krivokapić expressed his expectation that the observation missions will, in compliance with good practice so far, be in position to assess the level of democratic standards when it comes to election campaign and overall election procedure in Montenegro.
