Second Meeting of the Constitutional Committee

At the second meeting Constitutional Committee discussed amendments to the Constitution of Montenegro, primarily to define starting points.

Dominant discussion was related to the issue of composition and members of the Judicial Council. Certain models that will be further developed in following meeting of the Constitutional Committee were proposed.
