“Dear citizens of Bijelo Polje,

the place where we celebrated, for the first time in history - 13 July, singing the Montenegrin national anthem and waving the Montenegrin flag, today celebrates its day. In 2004, there we raised our flag for the first time, and sung Oh, Bright Dawn of May on our great holiday.

Te town of daises, embraced by the mountain Bjelasica and river Lim, has always had wisdom to recognize and nourish what unites us, respect differences, and always find what we have in common.

I believe in your future development, and I am sure that you will continue to be wisdomous, because you do not lack effort and dedication to lead your town on European rails, taking care of environmental protection, the treasure of Bijelo Polje and Montenegro.
