"Distinguished and proud citizens of Kolašin,

I believe that citizens of this free town, in addition to further protection and nourishment of mountain Bjelasica and national park Biogradska gora – the second rainforest of Europe, numerous lakes and pastures, will also valorise other numerous natural and human resources, giving their full and devoted contribution to the prosperity of the unique environment of our north. In the period to come, the common goal of the local and state authories will be further valorisation and use of both resources - rich environment and the hardworking people of this region.
