President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić will open on Sunday, 18 August 2013, the Summer School of Science, which is organised for the sixth time in Ivanova Korita. Mr Krivokapić will open the Summer School at 14 pm (Research station LOVĆEN, Ivanova Korita). The aim of the Summer School of Science, which is being organised by the Prona Foundation, in the period 18-24 August 2013, is to acquaint best high school students with latest achievements and challenges of the contemporary science – through lectures, workshops, experimental practices and active independent work, films and panel discussions. During the recent years, the lecturers at the Summer School of Science were professors from Montenegro and prominent scientific institutions, including Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, MGU Lomonosov, University in Tokyo, Vasmanov Institute and American Argonne National Laboratory. The school is organised under the auspices of the Parliament of Montenegro and friends are European Commission FP7 Marie Curie programme, programme Radio Club and Forest Administration.
