The President of the Parliament of Montenegro Ranko Krivokapić will participate in the discussion with the topic “Constitution of Montenegro – five years later” which within celebrating five years of adoption of the Constitution of Montenegro in 2001, is organized by the Lawyers Association of Montenegro.

The Discussion will begin at 11 am, at the Ceremony Hall of the Faculty of Law of Montenegro
