“Montenegro is proud of centuries-long multi-ethnic and multi-confessional co-existence. Thus, even those who had tasted democracy much before us, begrudge us with a reason on this.

I am certain that Rožaje, with its natural and human potentials, both in the very municipality and among its expatriates around the world, may provide higher quality developmental, trade and tourism offer, in the spirit of full ecological ambience.

Wishing you that no one ever violates your harmony and co-existence, on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the Municipality Day of Rožaje – 30 September.
