“Montenegro has a special relation with Turkey, as a country that connects the East and the West, a country that connects all the differences in Europe. Our relations have a long historic memory, which, in the XX century, turned into friendship and cooperation, in order to, I hope, in XXI century, develop into full fellowship within the NATO and the EU”, stated Mr Krivokapić.
The Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mr Cemil Çiçek said that Montenegro was one of the most significant countries for the stability of the region.
“We support your efforts to become a part of the EU and the NATO, and we would like to have a cooperation between our two countries develop in all fields”, said Mr Çiçek.
The Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mr Cemil Çiçek also signed the Guest Book of the Parliament.
