The President Krivokapić pointed out that the strength of cooperation between Montenegro and Macedonia had been increased, not only by close common past, but also by common strategic goals towards the NATO and the EU.

It was highlighted that Montenegro and Macedonia could serve as an example of regional cooperation, especially having in mind that there were no open issues between the two countries.

The President Krivokapić reminded that particularly the countries in this region could resolve their issues most efficiently through parliamentary dimensions, and thus invited the Minister Xhaferi to share common experiences as contribution to strengthening stability, at the following Cetinje Parliamentary Forum, through meeting of the parliamentary committees on defence and security and line ministers.
