“Esteemed citizens of Danilovgrad,

I believe that a town with resources such as your Danilovgrad, situated in the fertile plains of Bjelopavlići, can and must be a better place of co-life for all of its citizens. Your town carries the name of Montenegrin prince, which set the legal foundations with his Code, and let that fact be a guide of wisdom in the development of Danilovgrad.

Danilovgrad is known by its special care and attentiveness when it comes to meeting the needs and fulfilling requests of the small and medium enterprises. I am convinced that this will be your specialty upon which you will base further promotion of the quality of life.

On behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, I wish you a happy 9 December – the Municipality Day of Danilovgrad.”
