Just as the brave fighters of the National Liberation War had liberated Tuzi, you have always bravely and proudly fought for Montenegro and preservation of its multi-ethnic wealth. Tuzi is an example of dedication and love for one’s country and homeland.

The country of Montenegro is committed to providing full support to further development of Tuzi, and, as I am sure in your talents, hard work and wisdom, I believe that together we could promote the quality of life of all citizens of Tuzi.

On behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, I wish you a happy 15 December – the Liberation Day of Tuzi.”
