Your town, not only by its size and position, has an obligation to lead the overall development of the north Montenegro. Natural resources and beauties of mountains Bjelasica and Lisa are an excellent precondition for further development, aimed at improving the quality of life. 

Valorisation of resources of Bijelo Polje is sustainable only by spatial responsibility and protection of enviroment. In is your duty, for your own sake, to lead your town properly and the duty of state is to provide support and strenght.

Let you remain gathered in unity and creation, because it is your special value.
