“I congratulate you on entering the key phase of the European path of your country, through negotiation process aimed at adoption and implementation of the European standards.

The negotiation path requires from you an additional strength and determination in future reforms. Undisputed European path of our states is the greatest security for the region and confirmation of willingness in respect of improving the quality of citizens' life.

Montenegro, being devoted to the process of Euro-Atlantic integration, is ready to share its experiences with neighbouring countries in the region of the South-East Europe. On behalf of that, the Parliament of Montenegro shall, as always, strengthen the parliamentary cooperation and support the European destiny of our states. 

Only by nourishing standards and values of unified Europe, we can be good neighbours one to another and partners on that path. Any news on European success of the regional countries is a reason for true merriment.
