In this time, of which we are witnesses, for the right way to strategic goals the country needs new knowledge, skills and energy.

I believe that during student days, which are one of the most beautiful periods of growing up and maturing of a person, you will soak in enough knowledge and work diligently on yourselves in order to be ready to build and develop a better society.

Your engagement and stay in Montenegro will be the best measure of success and correctness of state policy. Your desire to be active participants in creation of modern and democratic Montenegro is an eternal ray of its existence and strength.

You have that right to usher our country, with the strength of your knowledge, into the European Union and NATO.
