On the occasion of your election to position of Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, please accept  most sincere congratulations, on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf.       

I am convinced that your election to this important function will give an additional stimulus to further overall development of the Republic of Serbia, and, in the same time, initiate a new phase of further improvement of relations of our states.

On the trace of that policy, you will always find a reliable partner and ally in Montenegro, devoted to fundamental principles that modern states are based on and values of European family of nations, to whose membership we jointly strive for.
