“Esteemed President Çiçek, the citizens of the Republic of Turkey,

In the midst of grief that gripped the families of the victims, as well as Turkish citizens, I wish to extend my friendly utterance of condolences and to assure you that the Montenegrin people sympathized with you.

I hope that the miners who are still trapped underground will be saved. To families who have suffered the loss of the loved ones, I wish peace and strength in these painful moments for them.
