The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, will according to tradition lay down the laurel wreath on the Mausoleum of Petar II Petrović Njegoš in Lovćen, in honor of 21 May, the Independence Day of Montenegro. President Krivokapić will also be the host of the round table ″Sitting at the Thrashing Floor″, under the topic ″Montenegro and EU – eight years since the restoration of independence″.

At the entrance-hall of the Mausoleum, the President Krivokapić will make statement to the media.

13³⁰ – ROUND TABLE - ″SITTING AT THE THRASHING FLOOR″

Sitting at the thrashing floor under the topic ″Montenegro and EU – eight years since the restoration of independence″, will be held at the foot of the Mausoleum at the national restaurant ″Vidikovac″.

The host of the sitting is the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, together with Ms Gordana Đurović – full professor of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Montenegro, former Vice-president of the Government of Montenegro and the Minister of European Integration.

The sitting will gather 70 students from the University of Montenegro, the University of Mediteran, and the University of Donja Gorica.

The sitting at the thrashing floor will be open to media coverage and is of interactive nature.
