Being the southernmost municipality in Montenegro means being bathed in special warmth and beauty. The wisdom of citizens of Ulcinj and their loyalty to our homeland has forever been among the most valuable treasures of Montenegro.

Montenegrin land has given you the largest sandy beach in Europe, washed by the world seas, peace and divinity of Ada Bojana and the symbol of eternity - the olive tree.

I wish you plenty of success and perseverance in further development of your municipality and Montenegro. I am convinced that you will use the guidelines of sustainable development which will permanently preserve our natural resources and leave them to generations to come.
