“Citizens of Šavnik,

Šavnik is not only the heart of Drobnjak valley, situated on three rivers, but is the town widely known as the place where the sun rises twice a day. Although small by territory, Šavnik is abundant in natural beauty of the southern Durmitor County, which is a distinct tourism potential.

Creating conditions and hard work to improve the quality of life of citizens, which will result in return and staying of the young in Šavnik, is the priority of the state and local governments. With joint efforts and wisdom we need to ensure the progress for all.
