“Citizens of Plav,

Plav Lake or the sea of northern Montenegro with its Ali-Pašini izvori (Ali-Pasha's springs) and picturesque environment, in protection of Prokletije, makes Plav especially nice and tame. Hospitality of Plav is well known, and harmony of coexistence of diversity is rear wealth that never resisted none of the ravages of time.

Dark nineties resulted in the fact that several times more citizens of Plav live in the Diaspora than it is the population of your town. Correcting this must be the priority of state and local politics. The measure of success will be the number of those who stay and return to Plav, since they have conditions for a better life.
