The President Prammer, statesman - who marked the world's parliamentary scene, was faithfully serving the Austrian Republic until the last day. Barbara was a leader who quietly created much and always had warmth and understanding for all.

Montenegrin children today have a unique opportunity to participate in the "Democratic Workshops", which was created thanks to her personal dedication and effort. Montenegro had a true partner in Barbara.

It was an honor to be her colleague, let alone had her as a friend.
