“Citizens of Žabljak,

In the heart of Durmitor region, there is the town of Žabljak which is rich in natural beauty and potential as none of the places in this region. Place that has on its territory eighteen mountain lakes,  river Tara with its canyon - the deepest in Europe, and that is surrounded by 23 mountain peaks is the treasure which creates conditions for strong development and better life.

State and Municipality are obliged to take care of such natural jewel and enable citizens of Žabljak higher living quality and prosperity for the young. Sustainable development and environmental protection must be the imperative which would allow validation of rich resources and preserving of it for generations to come.
