On the occasion of 108 years since the first National Assembly met in Cetinje, a ceremonious reception of the highest representatives of branches of powers in Montenegro, former presidents of the Parliament of Montenegro, academic community, diplomatic corps, civil sector, media representatives and other invitees will be held in state villa “Gorica” on 31^st October 2014, starting at 14:00h

The event is completely open to public

14:00  Ceremonious reception of invitees – by President Ranko Krivokapić with vice presidents and Secretary General

(the reception will be held on the first floor of the villa. The reception ceremony may be recorded by cameramen and photo-reporters from the position designated by Protocol of Parliament)

14:15  Ceremonious speechby President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić

(the speech will be held in the central hall of the Villa)

14:30  Mini concert and cocktail

Media representatives are to enter villa “Gorica” by using the annual accreditation card together with a personal identification document.
