Collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro states that in the meantime there has been escalation and continuous violation of fundamental constitutional values with new abuses and hate speech directed towards political subjects, NGO and Albanian people in Montenegro, and competent bodies have not undertaken prompt and efficient activities.

Collegium of the President of the Parliament calls upon state bodies, in accordance with current laws, to prevent continuous violations of constitutional norms, stating that the Parliament of Montenegro will - in accelerated procedure - consider proposals for improving legislative regulations which would prevent serious abuses of media freedoms more efficiently.
