It is natural that you, esteemed students, are the nucleus of the movement and strength of our country. The state has to stand on the pillars of justice, political and economic sovereignty. Then you, the young people equipped with new knowledge and ideas, are the wind in the sails of Montenegro Euro-Atlantic ship on its course.

In the best years, it is your right to request more and better both from your universities, and all the institutions of our country. It is the obligation of the state to provide you with the setting in which your effort and knowledge will result in public welfare.
