The Capital City has to have a role of both administrative centre of the state and role of initiator and support to balanced development of other municipalities. Podgorica has been marking a constant development and construction, but in the period to come a special attention must be paid to ennobling the spirit of the Capital and support to culture and artistic heritage.

The city which is a hub of the state and its institutions must be an example of the rule of law and strength of democracy.

I believe that the Capital City will be better and more prosperous place for life of all its citizens, and that it will valorise more and in a better way its tourist potentials.
