Democratic Workshops ″Barbara Prammer″ is the educational program of the Parliament of Montenegro, which aims to stimulate interest among young people in politics and democratic processes, to allow familiarisation with the work of MPs and the Parliament as an institution, and contribute to their better understanding. To this date, the program of Democratic Workshops brought together nearly 12,000 elementary school students - participants in the workshops from 97 Montenegrin schools.

Media representatives are to enter the State Villa ″Gorica″by using the annual accreditation card together with a personal identification document.
