The ceremony of presenting awards to the best civil servants and state employees in 2014 will be held in the Blue Room of the Parliament of Montenegro, starting at 12:00h.

Media representatives are to enter the Parliament of Montenegro by using the annual accreditation card together with a personal identification document.
