President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr. Ranko Krivokapić included the Proposal for a Decision on the opening of a parliamentary investigation and establishment of the Inquiry Committee in the Agenda of the Third Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro, scheduled for 10th April 2013, for the purpose of collecting data and facts on cases related to the work of the state authorities, on the occasion of publishing audio-recordings and transcripts from the meetings of the Democratic Party of Socialist, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by 27 MPs.

Minister of Justice, Mr Duško Marković submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro information that court proceeding was not pending, thus fulfilling procedural conditions for the Parliament to consider this item of the Agenda.
